Exactly how the draft calculation works
Up to five staff is free. For paid teams, the rate for your total team size applies to every employee, plus the monthly company fee. The first five staff are not deducted from a paid subscription. This is volume pricing, so a total can fall when you reach a lower-rate band.
Local-currency figures are display estimates, not a promise of settlement in that currency. We confirm the invoice currency and any applicable tax before you subscribe. IP-based currency suggestions require a correctly configured hosting provider; you can always select a currency yourself.

Do all employee-count bands include the same features?+
Yes. All core features are included. Employee-count bands change the per-person price, not access to the basic modules. Custom domains and white-label configurations are quoted separately.
Is the company fee charged on the free plan?+
No. The proposed plan for up to five employees has no monthly company fee.
What happens when we add a sixth employee?+
In the draft model, a team of six moves to the paid plan. All six employees are charged at $5 each, plus the $20 company fee, giving a $50 monthly estimate before tax. Confirmed subscription terms will define how changes during a month are billed.
Can we pay in our local currency?+
The website can display a local-currency estimate when an exchange rate is available. Supported payment currencies, final rates and taxes are confirmed in your quote. Display conversion is not a payment service.
Does the calculator take a payment or reserve a price?+
No. It is an estimate to make the pricing model understandable. There is no payment processing on this marketing website.
