Prepared for review: 30 September 2026. Status: draft, not effective.
1. Our approach
StaffWorkspace aims to make this marketing website understandable and usable across devices and input methods. The design target is WCAG 2.2 Level AA, subject to a complete accessibility audit. This is a target, not a certification or a claim that every success criterion has already passed.
2. Measures in this implementation
The website includes a skip link, semantic headings and navigation, labelled form inputs, visible focus indicators, keyboard-operable tabs and native dialogs, error messages associated with inputs and responsive layouts. Decorative icons are hidden from assistive technology. Core information remains available without animation.
3. Motion and display
Animations respect the operating system’s reduced-motion setting. No autoplay audio or flashing sequence is used. The design is light-only and does not require dark mode. Browser zoom and narrow layouts should be tested with actual assistive technologies and long translated content before additional languages launch.
4. Interactive content
The product preview is labelled as illustrative. Its clock button changes sample state only. The pricing calculator announces its updated estimate, and the contact form identifies validation errors. Cookie choices can be revisited from the footer. JavaScript is required for these enhancements; a direct email contact remains available.
5. Known review requirements
The production Next.js application, actual email flow, third-party analytics configuration and future employee/mobile applications require separate testing. Perform screen-reader checks, keyboard-only flows, contrast measurements, text-spacing and zoom tests on the deployed version. Any embedded third-party tool added later may introduce new barriers and must be assessed.
6. Tell us about a barrier
Email info@staffworkspace.com with the page, the task you were trying to complete, the problem and, optionally, your browser or assistive technology. Do not send sensitive employee information. The owner should establish a response owner and remediation process before launch. An unsupported response-time guarantee is not included in this draft.
